Industrial varieties of hemp, used to make textiles and rope, contain little to no THC and do not produce a demonstrable high at all. USES People use marijuana all the time to get a "high feeling". This feeling can last anywhere from 2-4 hours depending on your bodies immune system. Some people that would use marijuana would be teens and adults. If you're stressed people commonly go to use marijuana. Health Problems Caused by Marijuana Abuse Experts say that the pot available on today’s marketplace is more potent than ever and has high levels of THC. Continued use of powerful marijuana can cause the user to experience disturbing psychological problems. Marijuana is known for memory loss. Studies have shown that people who use weed on a regular basis have ongoing memory issues. THC moves from your lungs into your bloodstream and throughout your body. Within minutes, your heart rate may increase by 20 to 50 beats per minute. That rapid heartbeat can continue for up to three hours. If you have heart disease, this could raise your risk of heart attack. Impact on a young brain In people younger than 25 years, whose brains have not yet fully developed, marijuana can have a lasting impact on thinking and memory processes. Using marijuana while pregnant can also affect the brain of your unborn baby. Your child may have trouble with memory, concentration, and problem-solving skills. In this presentation i will be arguing on why marijuana should be legalized and will backing it up with facts. Me personality... But people continue to still do it and cigarette smoking is still illegal.
