MY ACCOMPLISHMENT EVIDENCE WHAT I LEARNED FROM THE SUPERVISOR Thank you for listening this presentation 3.2 When I have nothing to do or if the works are done, I walk around if see if any employees needs help like zoning the section, or organize where products belongs to. If not, the department manager will need my help to do some or more errands. 2.2 They assigned me working at this section for zoning the products and unboxing products from the back of the store which we are grabbing specifically for any product that are low products to sell. No matter if you're doing nothing or waiting for the employee to come, you have to do something like continued zoning the product, unbox it, or etc... Key Staff Helping the employees and my own department manager to do their favors to do the easy or hard task (example: grabbing all the bikes from the bike builder to the bike section until it gets full while the rest goes on the back of the store and hang up to the ceilings) 1.1 I have a Walmart working tag and wearing an official uniform vest. MY CHALLENGE Why I chose these EVIDENCE I biggest challenge of this job is trying to organize all in products in place so the customer will find which product is without mixing all products that could make them confuse and cutting boxes to stock them in place.
