Stay active Eat healthy foods Drink more water Eat less junk food Go to the doctors regularly Try to beat being stressed and depressed Teaching my service learning, I kept reading off of the screen I get nervous and start moving around and saying uh/uhm Obesity Strengths During my service learning I taught a health class to teach them about obesity. I told them what causes obesity and what obesity causes. I also taught them ways to avoid it and to stay healthy. I did this to teach kids why it is important to stay fit and healthy. My point that I was trying to get across was the fact that taking care of yourself is very important because it can lead/cause life long diseases/conditions. Environment Bad eating habits Drinking Family genes Depression Being able to do the research Putting the information together The rates of obesity are consistently increasing as years progress. Although there are many factors behind the cause of obesity, some of them we cannot help. Obesity is an immense issue in the United States and in other countries as well.
