They have the ability to recognize all the factors that influence the circumstances and out comes of any situation What would happen if they were all gone? It gives you the ability to analyze a problem and create solutions. This is exceptional in a time where there are problems that exist today that were non-existent in the past. You are capable of seeing the bigger picture and recognize the different aspects that a problem consist of Being objective and realizing that your personal solution or opinion may not be the most sound or effective. And that's okay Recognize that factors overlap and that small somewhat insignificant issues can actually stem from a bigger problem 43.7 million immigrants since the year 2016 25% of immigrants residing in the United States are undocumented citizens Population of US in 2017 is 325.7 Million 13.5% of the population are immigrants If all undocumented immigrants were deported. What if all birthright immigrants were deported? Our agricultural industry is valued at approximately 200 billion dollars (2017) Their work force would decrease by 38.8% if all undocumented immigrants were deported In 15 years the work force would have a comeback of only 3.4% to 5.5% of US citizens taking agricultural jobs Pay would increase by 15% in order to attract workers Output would decrease by 4.9% and Export would decrease by 7.4% The value of our 200 billion dollar agricultural industry would decrease 1% or 2 Billion Dollars. $500 million dollars a year in farm aid since the government recognizes a crippling industry Farmers already are subsidized by the government to keep them producing since 40% of corn is turned into ethanol for fuel. Farm owners have decreased their earnings by $1,316 in 2017 Who is willing to do the dirty work for illegal minimum wage? Our economy would not survive without immigrants or earn the profit for working class americans that they need in order to continue keeping farmers afloat This song represents my strength because: When one can't see all the factors that leads individuals to work in these conditions then it is deemed not worth putting in that much work Yet, we have family in our country that live in a state where the value of our money is worth nothing (Venezuela) Where your government is a totalitarian dictatorship and the people are being starved and killed (Venezuela and North Korea) Where domestic terrorism and violence makes living your daily life dangerous and impossible (Tupac Amaru Peru)

Transcript: The End Challenges Challenges STRENGTHS Challenges Make time to read books and articles that stimulate me Organizing all the information and items collected Accept that I will never feel that I know enough Strengths insights, which explain the unique way I experience my strengths everyday Taking time to celebrate my wins Knowing when it’s time to say “winning isn’t everything in this situation.” Finding win-win solutions that can lead to positive relationships with others while maintaining my own motivation. Transcript: Futuristic Strengths Logo! An umbrella is a "safe" place when rain strikes. Similarly, people feel safe when talking to someone with the strength of empathy. They come to people with empathy, when they need comfort or help, just like an umbrella! Strengths: Empathy, Includer, Harmony, Futuristic, Adaptability. My Strengths Logo The strength of harmony is about finding common ground amongst everyone. The canopy of the umbrella represents harmony, because it unites people to come underneath it.
