Transcript: Electric eels can generate powerful electric shocks. They get 80% of their oxygen from doing so. Electric Eels The average weight is about 45 pounds. Electric eels usually grow to be about 6 feet. They use the electric shocks for hunting and self defense. Electric eels rise to the surface almost every ten minutes to get a gulp of air.

Transcript: Sea World this is about sea world because tomorrow we are going there towmorow Rare baby sea turtles sea turtles in san diego sea world baby turtles sea turtles Like all animals in their native habitat, sea turtles are necessary to the environment because they both feed on other organisms and are fed upon. While removing all sea turtles might not have much of an effect on the few predators that eat them, it could have a serious effect on the organisms they consume. For example: some sea turtles are grazers, eating algae that grows on the sea floor in relatively shallow areas. If sea turtles were removed from these ecosystems, the algae could grow with fewer restrictions, which in turn could lead to the algae pushing other organisms out of their ecological niches. As with ALL species (in their native environment), removing it will decrease the food supply for whatever eats that species, and increase the population of species that it feeds upon, either of which could throw off the balance of the ecosystem in which the species lives.

Its a wonderful place that can bring families together, make people not want to litter in the ocean, and really just show people the real beauty of the ocean and the creatures that call it home. This place give out many jobs to the people. The workers there have to practice hospitality to gain the customers happiness and willingness to come again. And this is a place that holds many jobs that we will be possibly be doing in the future. 400,000 people visited the park in its first year of operation HISTORY Sea World was founded on March 21, 1964. 500 SEA WORLD DRIVE, SAN DIEGO, CA 92109 Sea World gives nearly 6000 jobs out to people. Jobs vary from animal trainors, to animal doctors, to janitors. They first invested 1.5 million dollars into the park, and started it off with just 45 employees. The park was founded by four graduates of (UCLA). George Millay, Milton Shedd, Ken Norris, and David DeMott By: Kama Benjamin The park brings in money from many services and goods from the gift shops, arcade, food, and the many other attractions there. Every year, the park recycles 13 million pounds of manure, paper and plastic products, metals, greenery, pallets, cooking oils and more. (With that they have received the San Diego recycler of the year award 13 times) Sea World has also put in over 25 million dollars over the past 4 decades to help keep endangered species safe The park brings in about 1.5 billion dollars every year Environmental factors are objects or activity that affect the environment around us. They also offer internship programs, and many learning camps to the people. Transcript: The Navy solider had a very harsh life during the WW1. They often face death. There was a real story which took place in WW1. During WW1, there is an American navy solider called Grey. He was a lieutenant on a destroyer. One day, they had a mission. They needed to search for a convoy. Suddenly, They see a boat. They were unable to identify the boat because there was a long distance between them. When the boat came loser to them, they saw a German flag. They fired a torpedo at the boat. The torpedo hit the German boat. But it did not explore. The German boat fired a torpedo at them. The torpedo which was fired by German hit their engine. Their boat was unable to move. The German boat keep firing at them. After multiple shots hit their boat, their boat had a huge damage. They had to abandon the ship. Grey was injured. He did not lose life. Later, He was captured by a German solider who serve on a German vessels. In conclusion, American does not only glamorize the WW1 but also glamorize the life style of the Lady. For WW1, they try to win the war by recruiting more solider. They achieve it through glamorize the war. First, they developed a lot of new technology which is able to kill enemy. For example, they create U-boat which was able to attack a ship submerged in the water. They created a battleship which had a strong fire power. They created a water-borne aircraft carrier which was able to send an airplane to attack an enemy ship. Second, they killed a lot of citizens by attacking civilian ships in the war. For example, during World War 1, Germany declare a warfare which is called unrestricted submarine warfare. It declared that Germany is going to attack civilian ship without warning. One day, when the Lusitania -a British cruise ship- traveled across the Atlantic ocean, the German U-boat fired one torpedo at the Lusitania. After the torpedo hit the Lusitania, the Lusitania enters the water. In this incident, There are 1153 peoples who lost their life.
