Transcript: Academics You have to complete an assignment in order to have your room be selected. That usually happens during the second semester. Johns Hopkins is urban and there is a mall around there in the city. There also are a bunch of different grocery stores to find food and necessities. The nursing major that I'm interested in offers summer and fall programs, to prepare for nursing with paid clinical residency (a one year paid residency at Johns Hopkins university). Meal Plans On Campus Living They offer 51 majors. Some of the majors are: -Anthropology -Archaeology -Biology -Chemistry -Economics The degrees that they have go as far as up to the doctoral and masters degree. Career Services - Johns Hopkins University opened in 1876. Daniel Gilman found the university. -Johns Hopkins is a leader in both teaching and researching. - The university is Maryland's largest employer and contributes more than $10 billion a year to the state's economy.
