Your IQ score is actually an indication of how you compare in this ability with the majority of people in your age group. A rating of 100, for example, means that, as compared to the majority of other people in your age group, you have a normal rate of intelligence. Most psychologists consider those falling in the range of 95-105 as having a normal or average IQ. Since it is difficult to pinpoint with absolute accuracy, your actual IQ may vary 5 points either way from your test score. In addition, there are many factors that may affect your scoring. If you are tired, ill or distracted, your score may be affected. Finally, there are many abilities which are not measured by IQ testing. For example, IQ does not measure musical talent, manual dexterity, or a variety of other abilities. Fauvism Meaning French painter known as the leader of the Fauvist movement. Henri Matisse He worked along side Matisse and Vlaminck. He was known for his landscapes, still lifes, and portraits. Andre Derain One of the three founders of the fauvist Movement. He was definitely the most confident in his paintings and lively. He had broad interests and was inspired by Van Gogh's work. Maurice De Vlaminck Matisse Artwork Artwork The color is used for emotional expression, not the realities of nature. This painting is meant to show a man inviting his lover to go with him to paradise. Matisse used jabbing motions to emphasize the emotion and build up the picture Used colors to create shadows and light. Derain Artwork Uses pointillism, like Matisse. The narrowing of the road creates an effect like its further away, yet the image is still two dimensional. Visible brushstrokes very closely together.
