Transcript: Group Breakdown ELB (Electronic Log Book) was implemented on our 777 SCEPTRE fleet and has been approved by the FAA for full implementation. This has made the records function on ELB DIPs an audit instead of a set up with an instant forecast at initiation. Cutover from AMIS to SCEPTRE began at midnight on February 9, 2016. All AMIS aircrafts will be migrated into SCEPTRE as ELB aircrafts. Our DIP Team receives on a daily average: 45-50 New DIP setups 85-90 RIR alerts 30-40 Closed DIPs Daily Goals for task completion: All RIR & closed DIP - daily Short Term DIPs - EOB day received Medium/Long Term DIPs - 3 days DIP revisions are completed immediately DIP TEAM FLEET ON FLEEK On average the Alert Team receives over 200 alerts each day. These include but are not limited to EA controlled and life limited parts. Priority Alerts - EOB day received All other Alerts - 7 days All pending 8130 - 14 days FPC/CDP Team: Forced Parts, Component Data Problems, Missing & Extra Report, Base Check Reports, & most recently Goldcare Part creation ALERT TEAM Transfers/Inductions Regulatory Assemblies Fleet Document Management Audits Migration DIP TEAM We receive approximately 45 forced parts daily. In addition, post Techops Day 1 (AMIS parts migration), we receive 35-40 component data problems each day.
