There is a reverse southern migration happening in American cities. There is a need for churches that reflect the shifting demographics in the area Bartlett has the the largest number of foreign born immigrants in the state of TN Bartlett High is the largest high-school in TN Culturally progressive 36% none religious demographic in Memphis area Working class/blue collar culture Near major express ways and travel routes 0% EPC churches in area WHY BARTLETT, TN? IQ Mission Statement: We exist to help people outside of the church discover the love, grace, and truth of Jesus Christ, and to help people inside of the church be developed, discipled, and deployed into a lifestyle of worship.
