The CD player also allows you to watch movies and play audio and present presentations from the CD. The flashing lights on the monitor are also a input device. STRATEGY Set your stategy to achieve your objective, consider > short term goals long term goals implementing change step by step standards protocols pilot projects PDCA - PLAN - DO - CHECK - ACT TEAM Create your team, involve everyone > consider let your team know the goals get everyone involved set levels of knowledge required new roles ability map plan & plot changes reward Ok, but how? How?! is different for every business and must be tailored to the business goals. There are some common themes found in successful implimentation though. Common Themes Pilot projects should be selected on programme - is there sufficient time to introduce and learn new procedures? complexity - is the project to simple? to complex? or unlike the normal workload? size - if the project is too small, the benefits may not be felt.
